Meet the co-founders, Katherine Manettas and Nicola Manettas.

Katherine combines her interior design skills and real estate experience to achieve exceptional results for clients by maximising the value of their property. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Interior and Spatial Design from University of Technology Sydney and an advanced Diploma in Interior Styling. Katherine has an extensive property portfolio of residential projects including renovations and interior designs. She relates well to both buyers and sellers having worked several years in real estate increasing rent rolls, managing properties and assisting throughout many sales campaigns.

Nicola submits tailored, cost-effective solutions and recommendations to enhance the appeal of her clients properties. She manages every aspect of renovations and preparing homes for sale treating them as individual, bespoke projects to appeal to the largest possible target market. Qualifications include a degree in Design majoring in Fashion Marketing and a licence in Real Estate. Diverse career in design, leasing and property management. Nicola uses her expertise in marketing and public relations to deliver elite customer service.
